- 5 cup rice,1&1/2 cup chana dal,1&1/2 cup urad dal.mix and add water leave it for 6 hours.
- After 6 hours drain the water and grind with yogur
- When better is ready add 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds and 1/4 cup chana dal and leave it for over night.
- Next day add ginger,garlic and chili paste for your taste and add salt for your taste
- Take some better and add 1tbsp oil,1/2 tsp enno and mix well and put it in plate for steam 10 min.
- Sprinkled red chili powder and steamed 10 min.
- Cut them and take big pan add 3 tbsp oil,red chili, mustard seed, hing.
- When mustard seed cracked then add hing and add cut dhokla.
