We, Bangladeshi people make this recipe from radish greens/leaves along with garlic, chopped onions and dry red chilli stir fry in our country. These radish greens has host of miraculous health benefits. Most important thing is, this Radish Leaf is used as a medicine for treating - Jaundice, Piles and Rheumatism. Normally we discard the radish leaves and use only radish as a vegetable for preparing various kinds of curry recipe. But most of us don't know that, The Radish greens are most healthy than the radish itself. Further the radish greens are loaded with essential nutrients. They are rich in fiber, iron, calcium and vitamin C. Also a good sauce of Folic acid and phosphorous. This radish leaves stir fry is very easy to make and tastes amazing. - 3 cup clean and chopped radish green leaf
- 2 tablespoon chopped onions
- 2 green chillies
- 2 dry red chilli
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic

- Cut the Radish leaf properly and wash them with water. Clean them and drain the water from it. Take the chopped radish leaf in a Pan and put chopped onions and green chillies into it.
- Now cover the pan and heat the pan on flame to steam the leaf probably. After it's 100% boiled stop the flame.
- Now take another frypan, put some mustard oil into it and heat it on stove.
- Put chopped garlic and dry red chilli into it and fry in a low flame 2 minutes. After that, put all the boiled radish leaves into it with salt as required and stir fry them properly in a medium high flame.
