- In a large mixing bowl take all the ingredients listed for muthiya and knead the dough well.
- Make cylindrical shape or small pieces as you like Keep the steamer ready I steam muthiya in Idli maker cover and steam for 20 minutes or till done.
- For tempering Take a wok, heat 2 tbsp oil and add mustard seeds. When they splutter add in sliced muthiya and mix well.
- Stir them with a big laddle or toss nicely.
- Add sesame seeds, grated coconut and coriander leaves and mix gently.
- Enjoy hot.
