- 1/4 beef bouillon cube
- 2 anise stars
- 3 cloves
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 tsp. Cornstarch
- 1 tbsp. Water
- vegetables
- 2 tbsp. Spicy sesame oil
- 125 gr. / 1 and 1/2 cups snow peas
- 110 gr. / 1 and 1/2 cups Japanese Eggplant cut into 1/2 moons
- 160 gr. / 6 oz.Blanched green beans, cut into small pieces
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 red pepper, diced
- 2/3 cups chives, sliced
- 1 tbsp. Chopped cilantro
