- Clean spinach and chop roughly diced bringles in cubes soak both the vegetables in water. Fry vadi in Mustard oil and crumble them and keep aside.
- Heat kadai add Mustard oil till smoke comes out add panch phoran haldi now grate ginger and add to the oil so that the pungent smell goes out. Now add chopped spinach and bringles.
- Add salt sugar cook for a while and cover cook in slow flame for 7 to 8 min.or till bringles mash up completely. Add chilli powder and amchur powder both 1tsp.mix well add 1tsp Mustard oil from top cover the lid and off the flames. Let the aroma of Mustard oil set in the curry.
- Garnish with crumble vadi and serve with steam rice.
