- 1 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 black cardamom

- For chutney
- 1 bunch coriander leaves
- 1/2 bunch mint leaves

- 2 garlic cloves

- 1 cup curd
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- to taste salt and Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp tandoori masala
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- For gravy
- 3 medium size onions
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 12 cashews
- 3 green cardamom
- 3 cloves
- 1 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 tsp butter
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp roasted crushed kasoori methi
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 2-3 tsp fresh cream
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp honey
Instructions to make to make Gobhi Mussallam
- Heat the oil in a pan,put butter and oil then add the whole garam masala and cumin seeds when it starts crackle
- Add onion paste, ginger and garlic paste sauté it then add turmeric powder
- Now add all the dry spices, mix it
- Now add curd, cashew nut paste cooked it, once done cool it down then blend it then strain the mixture
- Now add this mixture to the blanched cauliflower and put the green chutney at the bottom of the steam now bake it at a preheated oven until golden brown, then serve this with makhani gravy..
